Thomas Barnwell Barnes Jr. and Patricia Barnes Family Endowment For more than 25 years, the Ohio CDC Association has supported the work of Community Development Corporations through partnerships, collaboration and advocacy. No one is more connected to our first 25 years than Patricia B. Barnes, our founding executive director. In honor of Patricia's exemplary service, and recognizing the influence of her recently deceased father, Thomas Barnwell Barnes Jr., the Board of Directors of the OCDCA in late 2009 created The Thomas Barnwell Barnes Jr. and Patricia Barnes Family Endowment. Proceeds from the endowment will provide a source of unrestricted funds for projects that advance and support the work of our members around the state.
