Featuring local tours covering community-led development, nonprofit grocery stores, and markets, equitable development, workforce housing, transit-oriented development; workshops topics including preserving affordable housing despite institutional investors, community development advocacy; fighting the racial wealth gap; and retaining and developing community development staff; evening reception at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center; member awards breakfast; and a keynote conversation to be remembered; the conference offers connection and honest conversations while strengthening us for another year.
