The Ohio CDC Association welcomes current, good standing members to submit an application to become a sub-site to the OCDCA VISTA Project to begin summer 2023.

To ensure a strong application, you can submit a draft of your VISTA Assignment Description (VAD) to Alana for review prior to submitting your full application. The deadline to submit your VAD for review is December 12th.
