Registration Fees
 
If you are planning to attend the entire conference (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday):

  Member rate:  $200.00 per person

  Non-member rate:  $250.00 per person
 
If you are planning to attend one day only (Wednesday or Thursday or Friday):

  Member rate:  $100.00 per person

  Non-member rate:  $150.00 per person

 

Note:  If you are a Moderator, Speaker, Member of the Annual conference Planning Committee or a current Ohio CDC Association Board Member, you may take $25.00 off of your registration fee.  If you have two or more people planning to attend the conference from the same organization, you may take $25.00 off of your registration fees for all registrations after the first paid registration.
