Angela Stuber, Executive Director, Ohio Community Computing Network, Gene Crick, Executive Director of the TeleCommunity Resource Center, Texas, and Patricia Barnes, Executive Director of the Ohio CDC Association, are featured on the opening Plenary.

The Tech Conference was held for the first time on June 16, 2004 in Downtown Columbus. This first-time conference is leading to new partnerships and new opportunities for helping community leaders in Ohio work together to address IT development issues and their importance to the communities Ohio CDCs serve.
