Northside CDC, Columbus Ohio
1245 N. Sixth Street is the first home Northside CDC completed and sold as part of their homeownership program. The house was placed under contract in the early fall of 2003, was stick built over the winter, and closed upon in the spring of 2004.
The homes are located in close proximity to Ohio State University (special funds are available for employees of the University to purchase) in the Wyland Park Neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio.
