Provide greater support for affordable housing for future generations by lifting the cap on revenues dedicated to the Ohio Housing Trust Fund,

Increase support for asset-development through Individual Development Accounts and micro-enterprise.   This amendment creates a micro-lending program within the Ohio Department of Development's direct loan programs specifically for small business enterprises.

It also authorizes the Director of Development to enter into agreements with for-profit and non-profit organizations to originate and administer the loans. Earmarks $1 million in each fiscal year from Fund 7037 appropriation item 195615, Facilities Establishment, for the micro-lending program.
