The 2026 OCDCA Annual Conference is opening with a full day dedicated to small business and community development. The Microbusiness Development Summit will explore the foundations of community development through the lens of small business support and entrepreneurship. This year's programming is designed to connect practitioners to the core principles that drive their work and the ecosystems we're building across the state. Sessions are shaped by practitioners in the field and will focus on topics central to small business development work, including access to capital, technical assistance, and equitable economic development. It is a valuable opportunity for anyone engaged in or entering the economic development space to deepen their knowledge and strengthen their professional connections.
