Hotel Shuttle Information
All hotels will have transportation to and from the conference during certain hours in the mornings and evenings. Please refer below to shuttle information

Parking
To help reduce parking challenges, we encourage attendees to utilize conference shuttles, carpool, or use Athens Public Transitwhen possible. The closest bus stop is at the Masonic Lodge on W Carpenter St.
There is a paid parking garage where you can park for a full day at 15 E Washington St. This is about a 7 minute walk from the Armory.
There are limited parking spots next to the Athens Armory at the Masonic Lodge Parking Lot at 12 W Carpenter St, Athens, OH 45701. Please be mindful that we are designating this lotmainly for those with accessibility needs. If you do not have any accessibility needs, please use this lot as a "last resort."
Free non-metered parking is available on Grosvenor Street and Congress Street.
For those attending the microbusiness summit, please park at the Masonic Lodge.
Conference Registration
Late Registration
After September 8th, “Last Chance” conference registration rates will go into effect. The rates willincrease to $350 for members and $450 for nonmembers. This same rate will be applied to anyone who purchasesregistration on the day of. Microbusiness Summit rates will remain the same.
Checking In
When you arrive at the conference, please be sure to check in at the registration table atAthens Armory to receive your name tag, drink tickets, visitor guide, and other relevant items/information.
If you have only purchased registration for the conference and NOT for the Micro Summit, you will not be able to check in on Tuesday the 15th until 12pm.
If you have only purchased registration for the Micro Summit and NOT for the full conference, you will not be able to continue attending the event past Tuesday the 15th.
Cancellation/ Refunds
We will accept cancellations for refunds as long as you contact us beforehand. If you do not attend the conference and do not reach out to cancel, you will not be issued a refund. Please reach out to Arabella Zambito at [email protected] if you would like to cancel your registration.
Exhibitors
Set Up
Exhibitors are permitted to start setting up their tables starting at 8am on Tuesday the 15th and Wednesday the 16th. On Tuesday, programming will be running from 10AM-3PM so exhibitors who arrive during that time will be asked to set up their table as quietly as possible. Please try to set up during the following timeframes on Tuesday: 8:45am-9:15am, 12:30pm-2pm, 3:30pm-4pm, 5pm-5:30pm.
All conference attendees will be encouraged to network in the exhibitor space at 5:30PM Tuesday, so we encourage you to arrive by then.
Location
Exhibitors will be given information on where there table is located before the conference. If you would like to change your table location, it will be considered at the conference if possible.
If you are unsure of where your table is when you arrive, Arabella will assist you.
Please check in with Arabella Zambito when you arrive. She will either be at the registration table at Athens Armory or, you can contact her at 216-509-1110 by call or text the day of.
Volunteers
Checking in
All volunteers will need to check in at the Athens Armory with Arabella or Julia at registration the day you are scheduled to volunteer. Arabella will organize a volunteer group chat where she will check in with you the morning of your shift to make sure you are fulfilling your shift.
If you do not come to your volunteer shift [without advance notice] but attend the conference, you will be charged the full price for the conference.

Accessibility
In addition to the general shuttles, there will be aseparate, smaller accessibility shuttle to take attendees between session venues. If you need accessibility accommodations, please tell the person working the registration table, and they will guide you to an OCDCA staffer or an accessibility volunteer.
The accessibility shuttle will move between SEO History Center, Central Venue, Athens Armory, and Baker Center.
Athens Armory: ADA Access on the left side of the building (if you are standing outside looking at the building). Leads right into elevator area.Lower level has an all gender bathroom, plus 3 stalls in each one, and separate ADA bathroom and 3 sinks.
Wednesday reception:The Athena Cinema has an elevator to the second floor which can be found left of the concessions counter.

There will be a designated sensory friendly area in the Central Venue nursery. The sensory friendly area is strictly for those who need a sensory break from the conference. Please respect others in this space and refrain from taking calls, having conversations, or doing any distracting work.

Weather info and walking between venues
We all know Ohio weather is unpredictable. Please bring clothes for rain or shine/hot or cold, as there are several venue locations you may need to walk to and from throughout the conference. It takes about 5 minutes to walk between venues.
Dress Code
Because of the above, the dress code is business casual. This means you can show up in presentable, comfortable clothes.
