OCDCA Job Board

As a service to our members, member organizations can post employment opportunities on our Job Board free of charge. Additionally, employment opportunities from our funders can be posted free of charge. Notices will be removed after 60 days unless more time is requested by the organization. All other organizations that wish to post employment opportunities in the community development field must pay $25 per 30 days. 

For organizations with employment opportunities in the community development field, please email your employment notices to [email protected] if you are having trouble posting to the Job Board. Make sure you are logged in to MemberClicks under your organization profile before posting a job to avoid unnecessary charges.

We strongly encourage all posting organizations to list salary ranges for their positions. Here is a post from Nonprofit AF that explains why it is imperative for workers and nonprofits to disclose salary ranges.
