Back by popular demand and made possible by funds granted by Huntington Bank, OCDCA is launching another cycle of the Peer-to-peer training and technical assistance (TA) program. Our long-term broad goal of this program is to alleviate knowledge gaps for community development organizations in Ohio, so that Ohio can have thriving communities across the state. We also seek to attain real, lasting impact through these engagements.
OCDCA coordinates and convenes strategic pairings of these organizations. This includes making introductions, conducting orientations, facilitating TA provision instruction, providing administrative assistance and oversight, collaborating with goal-setting, and providing financial resources through time and travel stipends.
